The GWPSC sponsors  one Show Specialty, a supported entry, a field trial, and a hunt test per year. Our Specialty is held in Ventura County at the Santa Maria Kennel Club show  (see Jack BradshawDog Show Superintendent, for more info). In shows, dogs are judged on their confirmation and movement.  Field trials and hunt tests are designed to show a dogs' hunting abilities. Our field events are held in the High Desert, near Edwards Air Force Base. Club activities are all about having fun with our dogs and helping each other.
